Find an experienced handyman in Bondi

My bathroom door handles are coming off, I’ve had them fixed a few times but they keep falling off so I need someone to replace the existing door handles with a new set that is identical to the ones currently there (I have already purchased the new privacy door handle set) I also need someone to unscrew the door handles on this cabinet and screw a new one in, they have been painted over and the screws are stuck, we have tried to remove them so many times that the x on the screw head has now worn off (need to screw the black one on to match)

My bedroom windows rattles with the wind and make noise.they are aluminium. Need to be fixed by installing something (pads/ bumpers) that can be removed easily as im renting. I also need someone to connect to national TV but cant seem to find the right cable to connect.

Our back gate has come off its hinges and needs to be reattached/fixed securely. The frame and gate are both intact, but it will likely require re-aligning, rehanging, and making sure it swings and latches properly. Please bring your own tools and any basic hardware (hinges, screws, etc.) that might be needed.

I have an Aqara U300 Smart lock that needs to be installed but I don't have the tools to adjust the hole in the door to have it line up with the latch position in the door.

Fix a loose step on the staircase

This bit heavy metal door has broken off one of its hinges. The bottom hinge has broken, now the door is hanging only by the top hinge. Will probably need to be welded back on with some new hinges. Needs to be secure so it doesn't fall on anyone. I will be able to help with the lifting.

I need someone to do 3 tasks for me: 1. Replace broken light switch with a new one. The light switched has broken off the plate (refer photos) 2. Fix my Dyson vacuum to the wall. It is a brick wall and reasonably soft/sandy so bolts have pulled out in the past. Potentially better to have a wooden backing plate on the wall, and fix the Dyson vacuum to the wood? 3. Run a 10m electrical cable (which I already have) from my PowerPoint to the vacuum. You will need to use cable clips or conduits to run it around the wall and doorframe. Items needed: - new light switch - white - wall bolts for a brick wall, maybe the wooden backing plate too - cable clips or conduits (self adhesive ones are fine too)
