The ball chain for my blind has popped out of the side winder. It appears the blind would need to be taken down briefly to fix the problem. Would be less than a 15 minute task

A roller blind in my bedroom has come loose from the roller tube — the fabric has slipped off the fixing strip and the blind won’t roll properly. Needs someone to take the roller down (unclips from bracket, no tools required), realign and reattach the fabric to the tube, and rehang it.

We’re renovating a small bathroom and small ensuite in our Bondi apartment. Both rooms will be fully demolished by tomorrow and tiled walls removed, which has taken some of the cement render off the underlying block/brick walls in places. We need these wall areas rendered and ready for tiling before our tiler comes through. Total area is approximately 22m² across both rooms. I had a sink filter tap installed 2 days ago into my stone sink but it has not been fixed correctly and is loose. Also the bench top itself has been damaged. See photos. Need two curtain rods hung to hold very heavy beaded curtains … into timber frame and possibly through to the masonry behind. Curtain rod holders may need small dynabolts or equivalent.

I currently have a light (hanging pendant) installed, and I would like to remove that and install a new ceiling fan. The ceiling fan is new in box and ready to be installed. There didn’t used to be a fan there as far as I know so there may be some bracing needed. Photos attached.
