Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced to measure, supply, and install a neat fly screen for kitchen window and bedroom. (Currently have a bunnings adjustable one in place but I’m restricted with how much i can open the window and there are small gaps which i want to get rid of) I want an aluminium frame flyscreen that can be easily attached and removed for cleaning. Large heavy full-length mirror (2200mm H x 1000mm W x approx. 40mm D) with metal frame and existing rear mounting rail requires secure wall mounting onto a concrete apartment wall. The mirror is to be hung vertically and currently has a fixed metal hanging rail along the lower rear section (appears to be a mounting cleat/rail system rather than standard hooks). Because of the size and weight, I’m looking for someone experienced with heavy mirror installation who can assess the best fixing method for concrete—likely masonry anchors / dynabolts / appropriate heavy-duty concrete fixings rather than standard wall plugs. Task includes: • assessing the existing rear mounting system and confirming safest installation method • supplying appropriate fixings for a concrete wall • drilling into concrete and securely mounting the mirror level and flush • ensuring the mirror is safely weight-rated and properly secured for long-term stability This is not a lightweight decorative mirror, so I’d prefer someone confident with large/heavy installs and proper masonry fixing rather than basic picture hanging. Hi, We have a TV mount that was installed and it has screws in the wall that needs to be fixed and painted over. We were tenants and need it fixed for the bond to be paid back.

Need two curtain rods hung to hold very heavy beaded curtains … into timber frame and possibly through to the masonry behind. Curtain rod holders may need small dynabolts or equivalent.

Looking for a licensed electrician to come and instal a Fanco EarthFirst Wynd DC Ceiling Fan with LED Light – Ecru with FSC Timber Blades 52″ in our bedroom. Current fan will need removing but not disposing. Light switch may need replacing as currently is just for the light and is a dimmer but we’d like to have them separate if possible. Description Need gyprock repaired and painted to match existing. Wall Repair damaged gyprock around power point and wall above, including replacing missing section, tape, set, sand, prime and paint. Power point faceplate to be removed and refitted safely. Ceiling Repair hole and crack line, tape, set, sand, prime stain block if needed and paint ceiling to blend.

I need someone experienced with IKEA cabinets, the cupboards are all assembled so now just needs adjusting and hanging: 1) Hang all wall cabinets using supplied ikea suspension rails 2) Hang 2 or 3 cat hutches in the centre 3) Adjust all cabinets doors and drawers to make sure they are functioning correctly Install Note: It’s a brick wall so will require proper anchors, I already have a packet of 38mm anchors from Bunnings I can supply.

Fix broken table to save Christmas! Require own equipment and screws etc

My bathroom door handles are coming off, I’ve had them fixed a few times but they keep falling off so I need someone to replace the existing door handles with a new set that is identical to the ones currently there (I have already purchased the new privacy door handle set) I also need someone to unscrew the door handles on this cabinet and screw a new one in, they have been painted over and the screws are stuck, we have tried to remove them so many times that the x on the screw head has now worn off (need to screw the black one on to match)

My bedroom windows rattles with the wind and make noise.they are aluminium. Need to be fixed by installing something (pads/ bumpers) that can be removed easily as im renting. I also need someone to connect to national TV but cant seem to find the right cable to connect.
