I’d like to just get the dome off this ceiling fan and replace the bulb inside. But the dome is cracked and may need replacing. You Will need a small ladder to access.

Need experienced cabinet painter / kitchen refinisher to repaint existing kitchen cabinetry after smoke/soot damage. Paint supplied. Kitchen has approximately 40 cabinet doors/drawer fronts. Flat profile cabinetry with no handles. Scope generally includes: cleaning/degreasing soot affected surfaces prep/sanding stain/smoke blocking primer where required spray finish preferred ultra matte finish external visible faces only for the topcoat. Primer both sides. Backs of doors have some soot damage but should only require sealing/cleaning rather than full refinishing. Current kitchen is painted offwhite but was originally timber veneer. Existing finish is smooth and suitable for repainting. Similar colour used for repainting. Please explain process you would use and estimated timeframe Thanks

Description Need gyprock repaired and painted to match existing. Wall Repair damaged gyprock around power point and wall above, including replacing missing section, tape, set, sand, prime and paint. I need someone experienced with IKEA cabinets, the cupboards are all assembled so now just needs adjusting and hanging: 1) Hang all wall cabinets using supplied ikea suspension rails 2) Hang 2 or 3 cat hutches in the centre 3) Adjust all cabinets doors and drawers to make sure they are functioning correctly Install Note: It’s a brick wall so will require proper anchors, I already have a packet of 38mm anchors from Bunnings I can supply.
