Hi there, I need someone to remove an old real estate signboard (wooden frame) that’s fixed to the awning above my shop in Bondi. You’ll need a long ladder and possibly a drill or tools to unscrew it. Once removed, please take the board away (dispose or recycle). Job should only take around 20–30 minutes. We have a small shed that currently holds tools and various other items. We’d like to have this space properly organized and set up to include a workbench. In addition, there’s a second garden shed that also needs to be organized. We would like Bunnings shelving installed there and the items arranged neatly. We have pulled all the items out of the garden shed today. The first photo is the small work shed, and the rest are of the garden shed that needs sorting out.

Fix a loose step on the staircase

This bit heavy metal door has broken off one of its hinges. The bottom hinge has broken, now the door is hanging only by the top hinge. Will probably need to be welded back on with some new hinges. Needs to be secure so it doesn't fall on anyone. I will be able to help with the lifting.

I need someone to do 3 tasks for me: 1. Replace broken light switch with a new one. The light switched has broken off the plate (refer photos) 2. Fix my Dyson vacuum to the wall. It is a brick wall and reasonably soft/sandy so bolts have pulled out in the past. Potentially better to have a wooden backing plate on the wall, and fix the Dyson vacuum to the wood? 3. Run a 10m electrical cable (which I already have) from my PowerPoint to the vacuum. You will need to use cable clips or conduits to run it around the wall and doorframe. Items needed: - new light switch - white - wall bolts for a brick wall, maybe the wooden backing plate too - cable clips or conduits (self adhesive ones are fine too)

We have a sliding kitchen draw where the screws have failed on the sliding mechanism that is attached to the wall. Needs to be fixed. We think it could be as simple as putting a few screws in to secure the sliding mechanism to the wall.
