Find an experienced handyman in Bondi Beach

I have a gas fireplace that I bought in 2019. I think there may be too much gas leaking outside and it’s making a strange noise. I haven’t had it. Serviced before .

- A kick stop needs reattaching underneath the dishwasher. - Two blinds need to have new cords threaded and a third blind just needs the cord readjusting. We will supply the new cords for the blinds. The property is in Bondi Beach. We have 20 properties and are looking for a regular and reliable handyman :)

I have four doors that don’t close properly—they swing open on their own. I’d like to keep the existing door handles if possible, and just fix the doors so they shut securely.

I am moving out of my flat in Bondi and need some help with making good the wall where shelves were hung (fill holes and paint wall). I have paint. Help needed with fixing/filling in/making disappear a few tiny dents in a room wall (see pictures, finger for scale because I'm out of bananas). The dents are not many and very shallow (if this helps, they were caused by the back side of a board that west leaning against it - see picture). I'd like to make them disappear so that you can't say there was a hole there recently so (important) the fixing colour needs to match the wall colouring. There must be somebody out there who's an expert at this, unfortunately that's not me and I have no tools to make it right.

- Replace a 0.5 x 1 m plaster panel that was cut out of our ceiling following the installation of a bulkeahd air conditioner unit - Original panel cut out was left with us by the air conditioner installers so it could be reused. - Ceiling section is just above the bedroom doorway. Half the area of the hole is above the staircase. We have a large ladder if required to access that section. - Painting not required
