Hi there - I have an investment property in Ripley QLD (near Ipswich) and need the following done: 1. Remove 2 Cabuya plants at front of house - remove and poison 2. Remove Yucca trees at front of house along driveway next to bins 3. Reduce lilly pilly canopy by 50% along driveway 4. Remove rogue tree growing between garage wall and neighbour's fence (need someone a bit skinny to get in there) 5. Trim back Ponytail palm so it doesn't touch the house 5. Clear out gutters and take fallen leaves away 6. Remove some timbers that are in a pile in the back yard (former planter box and they were starting to sag so it's been un-assembled.) see pic.

I’m looking for a reliable and experienced person to clean the gutters , inspect the roof of my single-storey house and fix the leaking in skylight. During recent rain, we noticed water leaking from the kitchen skylight area. It seems likely that there is a gutter blockage or poor drainage in some areas of the roof.

My gutter has a hole in it so needs fixed/replaced. There’s a drip coming out the middle part of the gutter, and a larger hole at the end. Let me know if you can help :) Will be good if someone can fix the holes and also clean debris out of the gutter. Please quote

1) connect an outdoor tap: 3/4 inch copper pipe (Currently sealed off, but does leak) to a 20mm smartex pipe (Photots 1 & 2); 2) another similar coupling from Copper 20mm smartex pipe; 3) add taps to hot & cold water taps to hot water system setup (outdoors); (Photo 6) 4) Run piping for hot & cold water to veranda area, seal off ends for taps to be added - lets discuss options; and 5) replace/repair gutter downpipe bottom sections that feed into underground drainage system. Re-fit 2x lengths of guttering (approx 6m each) plus downpipes to metal shed. The gutter brackets appear to be missing/broken so you will need to supply and reattach. As per pics the gutter was hanging by a thread with only pop rivets holding each end onto the fascia. I drilled out the rivets and pulled them down to avoid further damage. The downpipe brackets are still in place so should be easy to rivet back in to the pop and bracket once gutters are back on.

We had a tree fall on our Stratco shed in the cyclone. I have the three spare sheets to fix the hole and they are temporarily attached. I need someone to get on the roof and secure them properly as well as re-attach the 5 brackets for the guttering and refit it (I can help). Need someone experienced with roofing who isn't going to dent the roof when they walk on it.

Re-attach building trim coming loose from below gutter. Note brick building, two storeys high, so extended ladder required.

Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do. We have other roofing work coming up but need this fixed ASAP while we're planning the other works. I'll add pics ASAP.

Have a leaking gutter joint. Needs to be sealed so the water doesn’t flow out from it.

2 small rubber rams Drilled into gutter in front of my driveway . 8 holes drilled. Bolts for Instillation supplied. Bolts supplied.

We have a 2 level Queenslander. The gutters are in good condition however there are approx 4 spots where there are signs of surface rust and small dripping of water. Looking for someone to silicon or similar repair the areas that are dripping and apply paint to remove the surface rust. A high ladder will be required for this job.

Need a 1 metre old gutter replaced with new box gutter (keep original down pipe). Replace 1 metre of roof. Prob might be best for someone to come have a look and quote.

Install overflow in a rainwater head

Need 3 or 4 small gutters to be painted please to monument colour, we have paint ready to go , need someone who is efficient and a good finish. Photo of the front for reference. Needs to be done before friday

Inspect and fix leak

Need to bring 6m ladder. Replace cables cover (not an electrical job) 3m to 6m. Cut vine and clear gutter (we have green waste bin).

The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.
