I need to get the rusted portion of rainwater gutters repaired or replaced. Please refer images, the damaged portion needs repair or replacement. Approximate length is about 2 to 3 meters. The height from ground might be about 3 meters, so you would need a ladder. There is a slope on the ground. There are pebbles on the ground. Also, there is a connection to rain water down pipe in the affected area of the gutters. I want to make sure that the rain water safely flows through the gutter and downpipe. Please share a quote, I am happy to negotiate.

Double story house one of the corner is leaking badly

Prep old ceilings and paint in family room, kitchen and lounge. Repaint all internal doors black (10 doors) and front door. Prep and paint gutters. Property is a 3 bed duplex half. Would like job done whilst I’m off work, during week commencing 6 April please.

Leak suddenly appeared in son’s room. Think it is to do with a tile I can see sticking up near the valley in the roof. Could be as easy as pushing it back down? Might need some adhesive? 2 brackets have come loose on a gutter (same part of roof, off the patio), causing water to spill backward as its twisted. Bonus points if you can tidy up the ceiling in my son’s room. House only repainted 12 months ago, so spare paint to patch up is already lying around.

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again.
