Find an experienced flooring expert in North Road

The timber battens on my new townhouse’ upper floor have not been finished properly and already starting to grey. I need someone to give them a light sand, treat them with a timber cleaning solution then re-coat them with 2 coats of clear coat. The job would likely need a scissor lift being the upper level. Would suit a carpenter or painter with experience refurbishing exterior battens and the proper license/qualifications.

I have 2 sections of my internal walls which need to be repaired. One section needs new framing, installation of plasterboard and skirting board. The other just needs installation of skirting board. I have purchased plasterboard, skirting and timber required.

Re-lay an existing piece of carpet on the bottom step of a staircase. Supply and lay the required underlay. Pictures and measurements attached. Carpet piece has been stored rolled up tightly.

I need my carpet repaired. There are 2 burn spots which need restoration.

We currently have an old chimney with a concrete hearth. We are pulling up the old vinyl flooring and sanding the floorboards. Problem is, the old hearth needs to be removed and floorboards inserted to match the rest of the flooring. Concrete area is approx 2400 by 300 with a row of bricks length ways. We don’t believe concrete is very thick. We will provide the floorboards from another part of the kitchen. Clean, sand and polish aged pine floorboards in a compact older style flat in two main rooms (lounge, bedroom). Carpets already removed. Floor dimensions: Lounge size: 3.4 x 4.7.
