Hi there, This down pipe off our home seems to bubble in heavy rain suggesting it’s blocked - it then leaks out the top of the spout. I have had a look down but can’t seem to locate any blockage at the top. Will likely need to be jetted clear.

Downpipe has come loose and needs to be re-attached and bracket re-installed. See photos. Easy access, pipe on fromt of house on driveway, just need tall ladder.

Replace damaged downpipe, see pics attached. Need to match the cream colour. It’s approx 2m

The bottom section of a rectangular stormwater downpipe (gutter drain) has cracked/broken near the ground. Need someone to supply and replace the downpipe shoe/outlet, secure it properly, seal joints, and ensure water drains correctly into the ground stormwater. Access is easy (front of garage). Photos attached.

Drill holes in metal gutter in -3 spots to stop overflow in storms. Need long ladder to reach area. Add diverter or diffuser to stormwater to spread load in storm.

The stormwater pipe is blocked.

A downpipe is needed from gutter (on the left corner , see pic) to run along patio pole, then into a watertank or soakwell. No idea what this ll cost.

Replace section of downpipe - elbow to join vertical section….no painting required…

I have a small section of down pipe that’s rusted out and needs replacing on the second storey of my house. Doesn’t need to be colour matched. Just want it repaired so the water stops dripping down onto the shed roof. The section is only about 50-70cm. Can send photos

Recent windy storms dislodged the join in a downpipe on my highset home. I would like it repositioned and reattached permanently. It is on a front corner of the house with easy access.

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.

Adding one down pipe to gutter to prevent overflow with heavy rain. There is a drainage point about 3 meters away.

I need the pipe that’s feeding rainwater into our water tank to be diverted to pipe running out to street. Must be a qualified plumber have all tools and supply materials. Refer to photo / video. Should be a very straight forward easy job. Only an extra 4m or so of pipe required. Just want the job done properly.

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary

Looking for a qualified plumber to complete two small plumbing/drainage repairs at a residential property in Margate. Both are above-ground PVC pipes and easily accessible — no digging required. --- 1️⃣ Garage downpipe – rear corner of garage PVC downpipe joint at the top elbow/horizontal section is leaking and showing mould. Likely cause: poor seal or misalignment at the elbow joint. Task: Inspect the joint and reseal or replace fittings as needed. Check that the short horizontal run has adequate fall for drainage. Ensure water discharges cleanly away from the garage wall/slab. Access: from ground level, right-hand rear corner of garage (see attached photo). --- 2️⃣ Under-house PVC drain (approx. 3 m run) Horizontal pipe under the house is installed flat with no fall. Task: Re-hang or re-support the pipe to achieve correct gradient (about 10–20 mm per metre). Supply new brackets/hangers as required. Confirm clear flow by running water through the pipe before completion. Good crawl-space access available.

Repair downpipes x 2. Seal flue on roof. I'm flexible with price.

The top section of my black downpipe has rust and bubbling paint where it connects to the box gutter. Need someone to clean and treat rust, seal any leaks, repaint in matching colour, and ensure it’s secure. Easy access.
