Sealant requires replacing on the Gutter outlet on the inside of the gutter. Leaking down the side of 2 down pipes. One on the Hi rise part of the house ( requires long ladder ) and one on the Low rise.

I have a few water leaks in my rear gutter. We believe an additional Downpipe needs to be installed and connected to the underground piping. Out the front I have a water leak into my eve that a tradesperson has attempted to fix by just adding heaps of silicone and it hasn’t worked and looks terrible. Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.
