When it rains water accumulates in the middle of the backyard and doesn't dry for days. I want a drainage there so the water can drain through stormwater pipe.

Replace old timber frame between concrete sheet and down pipe. Approx 6m timber length.

2 quick things required here for a plumber. I've asked my local plumber to do this a few times since November hailstorm and he hasn't. So I want this fixed. 1) Gutter downpipe near pool pump. Was plumbed into water tank nearby. Now just want it plumbed back into the downpipe along side the house. 2) Tempering valve on the solar hot water system on the roof is leaking badly after being hit by a hailstone. Needs fixing. Nothing special fix as a new hot water system will be installed shortly from the insurance. Im home on Fridays and Saturdays, or if you're okay with doing this while no one is home, feel free to do it anytime you want. House is within the Logandale Riverlakes golf course estate in Cornubia. Cost: Not sure honestly. If this works out, I'll need a quote for a replacement solar hot water system also. Rinnai, Solarhart, Rheem etc.

I have previously had a roof plumber look into it and these were the tasks: - Remove upper downpipe, clean and reinstall. - Remove existing metal spreader. - Supply and install 1x 90mm PVC spreader. Water is ingressing into the house. Flashing needs to be fixed and improved. Replacement elbow on downpipe installed.

Fix loose gutter bracket and bent gutter end – Fyshwick ACT A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. The gutter end cap is slightly bent and may need straightening or replacement. The downpipe may also need minor realignment. Ladder required. Photos attached.

Red dowpipe has come away from gutter. I tore the alumuminium connector ! Replace and reconnect downpipe plz.

Move metal down pipe from side to back of garage. Ensure it is still connected to the gutter at the top and the stormwater pipe at the end. Photo shows new required location (green line) as well as current connection to storm water pipe

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage.
