One of the Rain water down pipes of my alfresco (accessible height using a ladder) is dislodged as shown in the picture. I want to fix this asap.

Looking to get one down pipe fix at ground level. Broken from the whipper snipper. And looking to fix the capping of another that is in the grass to support storm water run off.
