Have a leaking down pipe which when raining causes water to run down the window which is timber and concerned will rot the window

There are two downpipes that are not properly sealed to the gutter and leak when it rains - needs to be reconnected and sealed

I have an old rectangular metal downpipe that has badly corroded at ground level and needs replacing. The downpipe connects into an existing PVC stormwater pipe below ground. I have already excavated around the connection, although the area is currently waterlogged due to the recent heavy rain. There is also water currently flowing through this drainage system from a cellar sump pump, which needs to remain operating to prevent the cellar flooding. Ideally looking for someone experienced with downpipes/stormwater who can either: * replace and reconnect the downpipe, or * provide a secure temporary solution until the water subsides and the permanent repair can be completed. $200 budget is for labour. Happy to purchase/reimburse any additional materials required. Photos show the downpipe, corrosion and exposed connection.

Where pergola and house roofs meet, there is only one downpipe and in heavy rain, water overflows from the gutter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I'm thinking of replacing the rectangular downpipe with a round one and then in the corner of the gutter where it overflows, adding in a second downpipe outlet which then connects back into the existing downpipe (distance of about 600mm from corner to downpipe). I would want to to paint the PVC pipes before they are installed, so they would either need to be delivered to me first, or you can advise me what to buy and I'll buy and paint first and let you know when I'm ready to go.

The front verandah to our house has a leak in the corner which has been present for some time. Due to the leak the timber in that immediate area is water damaged.
