Photo #1 depicts several cracks (Note: Air con and steel beam may be removed). Photo #2 shows various mortar holes and a cracked brick including 1 embedded dyna bolt. One is for lawn and the other for drippers. Both need some maintenance including the pop-up sprinkers. I don't even thing the drippers are working, but the pop up sprinkers are not really popping up and water is pooling and not rotating around as they should.
