One shower mixer leaking: After the shower mixer is turned off, water continues to drip from around the mixer/tap area. 2. One toilet keeps running after flushing: After pressing and releasing the flush button, water continues to flow into the toilet pan/bowl and does not stop properly. 3. Leaking downpipe / eaves gutter: One of the downpipes connected to the eaves gutter is dripping from top. The house is two storeys, so access at height may be required.

Instead of digging this one up, I want the gap cleanly filled and sealed using heavy-duty hydraulic cement/structural mortar to redirect water smoothly into the line. * Materials for Task 1: Tasker to supply 3x rubber adapters, PVC sections, finishing collars, and a small tub of structural mortar/cement. Task 2: Diagnose and fix rainwater leak roof gutter * Scope: Find the source of rainwater tracking down the timber patio beams beneath the corrugated roof sheets (see attached photos). Fix it by replacing degraded roofing screws/washers, clearing debris, or applying clear exterior roofing silicone/flashing tape. * Materials for Task 2: Tasker to supply relevant roofing silicone/tape/screws. Requirements: Please state your experience with both roof leak repairs and terracotta transitions when making an offer. Please bring a ladder and a grinder for the clay pipes.

Replace 3 broken downpipe connectors, and 2 leaking showers (mixer tap).

The downpipe has a missing piece and not connected to the drain. The task is to insert another rectangular metal pipe of about 15cm in length or insert a plastic flexible adapter, which I bought from Bunnings.

paint 4 downpipes ( 3 x 2.6m, 1 x 5.2m) + paint a small part of pipe -- as per photos attached. Sand down with sandpaper, clean then undercoat and apply 2 coats of Dulux external paint (Primrose colour, you supply).
