We need a down pipe to be relocated. - existing down pipe removed and patched on neighbours side of fence. - new down pipe installed on our side of the fence. - existing gutter adjusted to allow for fall into new gutter.

Existing patio can't handle volume of water to box gutter. At install downpipes were removed from house. Appreciate having a look at the job for quote and advice.

Water leaking into the garage from a colorbond roof. The water gets under the flashing when it rains heavily. Probably due to the downpipe draining onto this roof from the second story. The budget below is not fixed. Open to offers.

(Repost) Install additional downpipes to avoid gutter overflowing into roof. . Downpipes to paving (not to soakwell) with usual ending 45 degree bend to direct water away from building. The horizontal section between the wall and gutter to be hidden inside the eaves/ roof (same as the existing downpipe) If you investigate inside existing downpipe on laundry side for apparent blockage using camera that would be a bonus.
