To replace (or fix, if feasible) rusted elbow connectors for the top of two (2) down pipes attached to box gutters. Down pipes are 100m x 100m. We only need the rusted components replaced and joined back onto existing down pipes. Although, we are open to other down pipe solutions if easier/cheaper/more effective than just replacing elbows. There is easy access onto the roof. However, this site is not on level ground (on side of steep hill). Pipe #1: There is easy access from the ground for a ladder (approx 4.5m). The is also access from a landing (approx 2.5m). Pipe #2: This requires replacing at least one (and possibly two elbows (as shown in photo, although open to alternative solutions). There is ladder access from a wooden deck (approx 4.5m). However, there is a dangerous drop from the roof level so recommend safety equipment. There is a chimney on the roof. I am flexile on timing. Although, ideally, this job would be completed in afternoon of 23 July or anytime on 24-27 July. I have a balcony with 3 drainage holes in the side that I need hooked up to the downpipes. There is one already with a downpipe but that one needs to be removed and then the 3 holes all hooked up to the downpipes further back. One of the downpipes has a piece missing that also needs to be supplied and connected. Please ensure your offer includes all labour and parts

Chippendale terrace. The downpipe on the terrace has rusted. Covers 2 stories, needs replacing with 90mm bluegum colourbond pipe. The right corner of the balcony roof allows water to run down the external balcony wall. Likely needs reflashing. Bull nose roof seems in tact, no sign of rust.

Reattach the downpipe and add a piece so rain flows properly onto sideway and not splash into basement. Kind of a rush job if this rain keeps pouring. The downpipe has a rounded oblong x section. Red outline in photo is downpipe on the ground, yellow outline is where it should be. :-P
