I need to remove all of my ceiling insulation, clean up the ceiling space a bit, place new insulation and staple a new dust barrier to the rafters. It's a truss roof and a bit tricky manoeuvring around the ceiling space. We'll have to shift a few tiles to get the insulation in and out. Total area is 108sqm There's also some additional insulation to put in under the upper level floor (easy access under the house). I think it's at least a full day of work but I'll pay $50/hr for whatever it takes beyond that. I have all of the insulation being delivered in the week of 23 June so just need to co-ordinate dates when I find out the exact delivery date.
