Find a professional downpipe contractor in QLD

We will like to do an inspection of those areas ensure everything is in working order. Recently we have also noticed some black patches appearing on garage floor after heavy rain . Not sure what cause of it. Can anyone fix that too. Attached some garage floor picture

A previous Handyman has set up a spreader from a second story downpipe leading to a single story roof with the spreader/pipe discharging under the flashing as shown. Need to extend the spreader away from the flashing and onto the roof.

Current gutter has no end cap and drips water into room. Would like gutter extended across length of the brick wall and a down pipe added to ground. Looking for someone to come out and quote the job

Replace a single section of guttering (4m), standard galvinized profile. The downpipe elbow connection also needs to be replaced, galvinzed rectangular section, the vertical part of down pipe is OK. The job is 2 storeys high, so will need a scaffold to access. There is a deck underneath, so scaff set up will be easy. Image of the ruster gutter section and connection to be replaced.

Sealant requires replacing on the Gutter outlet on the inside of the gutter. Leaking down the side of 2 down pipes. One on the Hi rise part of the house ( requires long ladder ) and one on the Low rise.

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

The downpipe’s connection to the drain is broken per photo. Need it fixed. There are two of them.

Repair gutter section and down pipe on carport. The section of gutter is 1 meter and down pipe is 1900 in height. Happy to replace down pipe with PVC.
