i have connected nbn box and router but the lights are flashing for the downstream light on nbn box, power is on green. The router has the wireless lights solid green, so I am not sure what is wrong with the nbn service. An nbn service technician has been sent out for Monday, but I need someone to look into it tomorrow or next day. The box seemed to have switched off when I checked it tonight. I turned the power back on and now it’s flashing downstream light

My computer liquid cooler has failed I think, and the PC will no longer boot up past the fail screen, forcing it to go into the setup screen when I press F1. I think it is trying to protect the motherboard from overheating which makes sense. The fans are all spinning, but last night the ones at the front were spinning at 1000rpm, leading me to think it's pushing the front fan into overdrive to compensate for the AIO not working. The AIO liquid cooler showed no activity in the F1 boot up screen leading me to think it has failed and needs to be replaced. Job is for someone to come out this Saturday with the correct or better quality part, and replace the damaged part or remove the liquid cooling system, and install a noctua nh-d15 or similar quality fan cooler. My Desktop PC will not boot into Windows. I can get into the BIOS but not start in Safe Mode. It is currently booting into the Motherboard manufacturer image. I do not understand enough of the BIOS to know if I can do anything there. I would appreciate someone coming over ASAP and getting it booting properly again please.
