Install Fibre Cement Sheets & Decorative Timber Frame – Werribee I'm looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to complete an exterior wall project at my house in Werribee. Please refer to the attached photos for the existing wall and the area to be completed. I have also attached I bit of reference that's expected. Scope of work: - Remove and dispose of the existing corrugated metal sheets. - Check existing frame work, strengthen it and change if needed. - Supply and install 3 x 2.4m fibre cement sheets on one side and 3 x 2.4m fibre cement sheets on the other side. - Install the sheets neatly with the appropriate capping and ensure a clean, professional finish. - Build a decorative timber frame in front of the fibre cement sheets using smooth, paint-grade timber (such as dressed/primed timber), suitable for painting and with a clean, finished appearance. The frame should be approximately 500mm high from the ground. - Install heavy-duty wire mesh (re bar is fine) within the centre of the timber frame for climbing plants. - Install a decorative timber feature on the gable end, as shown in the attached photos. Requirements: - Supply all labour and materials. - Remove and dispose of the existing corrugated metal sheets. - Take away all waste and rubbish, leaving the site completely clean. - Finish all corners and edges neatly with a high-quality, professional finish. Budget: Including all labour, materials, disposal, and site clean-up.
