Victorian terrace Need stairs to attic for a conversion (i’m doing the actual attic conversion. Need bespoke carpentry to chimney resess. Budget is not $5. It enables me to get a couple of quotes. Recently moved. Our fridge is ~800 wide and doesn’t fit into existing cabinetry which is ~760 wide. Looking for someone to come and adjust cabinetry to fit the fridge.

You will need to make the shelves smaller so saw off part of each shelf and then put them back together in the designated space. They currently are too big- don’t fit through doorway and won’t fit bc of PowerPoint

We are currently renovating, and the carpenter we had scheduled for tomorrow cannot make it. So we need someone with general carpentry skills to build wall frames and patch floors. Tomorrow , Thursday 8am to 4.30pm

Maybe 4-5 boards need fixing. I'm not sure if it involves replacing them or if there are other options. I believe it's pine tongue and groove. The reason for fixing them is, high traffic areas outside kitchen and bathroom are squeaky and I would like to address it before it gets worse. The job includes looking at 2 stair treads with a similar issue. Let me know if you want to quote inclusive of materials or not, although I suspect an inspection would be needed before knowing material costs.

I have a new handrail and balusters on my staircase. I want the handrail sanded and stained dark brown and the vertical balusters painted in enamel. The balusters are already undercoated and just need a light sand. Handrail is 3.1m long.

I need 2x timber screens supplied and installed. One screen is 2.4x2.55m and the other 2.8x2.63m. Both with 38x60mm battin size with 110mm spacing. Material needs to be treated American oak. Need this done before mid January at the latest. So please accept only if you’re qualified to do this work properly.

Build a slatted wooden box around outdoor aircon unit on balcony approx 1m x 1m x 50cm, and oil the timber. Needs to be weather resistant, and good clearance/ventilation for unit. Task includes a planning discussion, sourcing timber and construction.

Carpenter to remove shelf to fit in a fridge

Flatmate placed burning candle next to wall. Hence, black smoke marks on wall and part of ceiling gone dark. Wall needs painting 3 x 3m. Color: Antique White. Ceiling approx 1.5x 1.5m. Color: Ceiling white. There are also 10x stubborn double-sided tapes residue that needs to be remove prior to painting. As well, some stubborn stickers on door needs to be remove.

We are requesting someone to come and sand then lacquer our outdoor bench / cupboard. Thanks in advance

Wanting two specrite pieces of wood cut down from 600mm width to 550 width. Currently they sit at 2200mm x 600mm x 26mm and would like to adjust the width. Thankyou !

We need some large pieces of wood picked up from Bunnings and then looking to get them cut down to size from 2200mm to 2000mm and two corners of each plank rounded off like in photos attached. Planks we need are also attached in photos ( excuse my terrible plan drawing ) quote doesn’t include price of timber

I want to give this old bookshelf a new look, with a good sanding down, layer of primer and a few coats of black wood stain or matte black paint. It’s heavy solid wood, so pick-up will be required.
