I have new birch timber cabinet doors on a set of shelves. The height and angles are slightly skewed because of the hinges and the adjustments needed. I need someone with the skill set to adjust the hinges so the doors are square and flat on the bookshelf.

Looking for a carpenter to install timber panels directly on top of two existing gyprock walls (floor to ceiling). Experience in installing these types of timber panels is preferred, as there will need to be some cutouts made for power-points, and the ceiling height in the room varies in different spots. The timber panels are thin wooden slats on a stiff felt backing. - The walls are Knauf Soundstop 13mm plasterboard. Need a carpenter to install a hand-made solid timber door and wall panel above in my house. The door is pictured and the void where it is going to go is also pictured. The door is solid maple timber and 55mm thick so we’re thinking we will need a pivot hinge (though advice to the contrary is welcome). You’ll have two enthusiastic unskilled assistants to move and hold things and I can buy the pivot hinge after you agree to the job and provide advice on preferred hinge. Suspect it will take a 4-5 hours on Saturday ideally starting around 10am.

Large solid wood dining table currently has thick lacquer on it. We would like it to be sanded back and stained with a tinted wood oil we have purchased. We also have three plywood desk tops. We need them to be sanded and stained with a white wood oil. It’s possible to do this at our home in the garden, or to remove and bring back the pieces. The terrace would need to be vacuumed and cleaned if you do it there. See pics attached. We will supply the oil stains, everything else would need to be supplied by you.
