I need two coats of wood stain/varnish applied to the second story panelling at the rear of our house. I've already sanded the vast majority of the surface, you'll just need to spend 1 hour doing the last bits of sanding and then however long it takes to apply the two coats of varnish. I'll provide the varnish, brushes, orbital sander and sand paper (although you can certainly bring any of your own equipment) so the main thing you'll need to supply is the ladder and a drop cloth. There is direct, rear lane access so easy to get everything set up and packed down. Preferred dates are: Sat 14 March - before midday Sun 15th - any time Tue 17th - in the morning

Apply two coats of deck sealant/stain to wooden deck area in Photo approximately 20 m² Also need about half a dozen minor repairs made and small areas with touchup painting etc. I will pay for a full days work and give list of activities.

Large solid wood dining table currently has thick lacquer on it. We would like it to be sanded back and stained with a tinted wood oil we have purchased. We also have three plywood desk tops. We need them to be sanded and stained with a white wood oil. It’s possible to do this at our home in the garden, or to remove and bring back the pieces. The terrace would need to be vacuumed and cleaned if you do it there. See pics attached. We will supply the oil stains, everything else would need to be supplied by you.

I have a new handrail and balusters on my staircase. I want the handrail sanded and stained dark brown and the vertical balusters painted in enamel. The balusters are already undercoated and just need a light sand. Handrail is 3.1m long.

Flatmate placed burning candle next to wall. Hence, black smoke marks on wall and part of ceiling gone dark. Wall needs painting 3 x 3m. Color: Antique White. Ceiling approx 1.5x 1.5m.
