We have an small unfurnished 3 bedroom house in Prospect 2148 (Blacktown) with cypress pine that we are looking to have sanded, stained, polished totalling around 77sqm. There is a newish extension of the house that has bamboo flooring so we would ideally like to stain the pine to a similar colour to match as best as possible. Water based polyurethane for polish that is toddler and dog friendly. Floor is in reasonable condition with mainly wear and tear but may require some putty and gap filling.
