I’m looking for an experienced metal fabricator, coppersmith or commercial-kitchen equipment specialist in Sydney to modify an existing restaurant service trolley. The trolley currently has a plastic top. I need the plastic top removed and replaced with a custom-made stainless-steel top. I also need copper food containers fitted into the new top. The attached reference picture shows exactly how I need the finished trolley to look. Scope of work: Inspect and accurately measure the existing trolley Remove the current plastic top Design and fabricate a new stainless-steel top matching the reference picture Create the required openings for the food containers Supply or fabricate hammered-copper containers like those in the reference picture Ensure the containers are removable and fit securely Provide food-safe, non-reactive linings inside the copper containers Produce smooth, hygienic and easily cleanable edges and joins Retain and neatly integrate the trolley’s existing sides, handles and other components Fit and securely install the completed top Ensure everything is suitable for hot food and regular commercial restaurant use The stainless-steel top should have a professional finish and follow the shape and proportions of the existing trolley. The copper containers must be safe for direct food contact; bare, unlined copper interiors are not acceptable.
