Need help to install our second roller blind. The challenge is half of the window over the stairs and will likely need a very long ladder to reach as it’s probably too far away to reach from the top. The wall is also made out of concrete so it requires a lot of pressure. I have also included images of the blind we installed next to it for reference.

I need someone to remove two existing old curtains/tracks (screwed into walls) and install two roller blinds. One blind is 180cm wide x 210cm length and the other blind is 270cm wide x 240cm length. The pull cord on a wooden venetial blind is jammed, pulling on it does not operate the close / open function. The blind is 30 yr old, they don't make the parts anymore, the mechanism needs to be re-threaded with the cord as the best that can be done.
