I have had new blind installed and it doesn't work I need them fixed so they work

Need to repair exterior roller shutter blind, possibly faulty motor. It hums but doesn't move.

The vertical manual pull/opening cord had snapped and required replacement or re-threading. I note that a party of the track attachment has broken also.
