When we moved into the house, I built a little office under the house. I never put a window in to the outside world, and it kind of feels like a dungeon down there. I (think) we need about a 450 x 450 or 500 x 500 Double Glazed Fixed Window. I've done my best guess as you can see from the pictures. You can see on the outside of th ehouse where I estimate the window would end up, but that would have to be professionally measured of course. I cannot find a window to suit online, so need someone skilled in this area to supple one for the install as well if possible. It's double brick you'll be drilling through also.

(I have the parts) The motor had dislodged from its mount and rotated around until the wires broke off. Circled window in photo (photo before shade installed). It appears that the blind was energised to go up with the awning window open enough to "snag" the bottom bar.
