Have an Asko dishwasher (3.5 years old) that is displaying faults F10 & F11. Has been displaying F11 for a while but keeps working. Now the F10 is showing and not able to do full wash.

Flooding, error message, will not finish cycle. Additionally, there is something wrong with the dishwasher. It’s also just playing an error message. I’m unsure if it needs to be drained or a plug is placed or wrong but I’d love someone to have a look at it.. thank you

My front-loader washing machine sounds and feels like something is stuck inside the drum (possibly a sock or fabric between the inner and outer drum). The drum doesn’t spin smoothly by hand and I noticed a slight burning smell during the last wash.
