The washing machine tap is leaking from the valve/handle.

I live in a small unit where the washing machine is in the kitchen and the only water source is the hot and cold water valves that house the kitchen sink hoses and provides water to the tap. I need a plumbing connection/adaptor that will split the cold water supply so it can provide water to both tap and washing machine. I am asking for the adaptor piece and to hook up the washing machine so that it is in place, connected and can be used.
