Looking for someone to inspect and repair a gas cooktop. There is gas supply and all burners can be lit manually with a lighter, but there is no clicking/ignition sound and no spark from any of the burners. An electrician has already checked the electrical supply and confirmed there is no issue with the power/circuit. Looking for someone experienced with gas cooktop repairs

This job is for our rental property. Our property manager has advised us that the ignition on one of the burners is not working, although the burner itself works fine when manually lit. They have suggested replacing the cooktop. Is this something you would be able to do? If so, could you please provide us with an all-inclusive quote for a new cooktop, installation and any other associated costs? We don't need anything expensive — just a reasonably priced, reliable cooktop suitable for a rental property. Alternatively, if you think the existing ignition can be repaired economically rather than replacing the whole cooktop, we'd also be happy to consider that option. Please let us know. We’ve moved houses. The washing machine waste hose use to sit in a groove in the sink at the old house. The new house has a little pipe coming out of the waste drain. My machine’s hose is too big. Would need to tell me which how to buy and you would need to install it for me.

Hi! I have a dishwasher that needs unclogging. I’ve tried to do myself. It’s a bosh super silence 46dB. Error code E-24. If it is a technical issue landlord will pay. I can only afford $50.
