Connecting a washing machine

Need a plumber to cut a gas pipe and cap it off inside the brickwork so that the wall can be bricked up. The pipe is from an old gas heater that has been disconnected, but the pipe was capped outside the house.

Hi - I am getting the floors re-done and need an electrician to disconnect the oven this week.
