My dishwasher is not working properly and pooling water in the bottom. Need a plumber or appliance technician to fix.

Install a new circuit for an induction cook top BCI607B4BG - 32A RCBO. The electrical panel in the garage is brand new and has open space, the total cable run is less than 15M, and everything is on the ground floor. No need to do the patch work.

The kitchen sink pipe on the second floor is leaking, and water is dripping along the ceiling downlight on the first floor. Plus install a dishwasher.

Need to move washing machine and dryer stack away from wall as we have dropped something under there that we need to retrieve. Then push them back into place. Sliding door to balcony is not even/aligned with the door frame now and will not close properly. Need this fixed.
