Hi, our front-load washing machine needs a check and possible repair. During a wash cycle today we noticed a strong burnt rubber smell, so we’ve stopped using it. The machine is approximately 2 years old and has never been serviced. We’d like someone experienced with washing machine repairs to inspect, diagnose, and fix if possible (belt, seal, obstruction, etc.). Looking to have this sorted ASAP.
