Need a repair for my Samsung refrigerator (Model RF67DESL1/XSA). The fridge has recently started accumulating water at the bottom of the upper refrigerator compartment (inside the fridge section, under the drawers). I understand that this is often caused by a blocked or frozen defrost drain, but the water keeps appearing and needs to be wiped regularly. The fridge appears to be cooling normally, but the water pooling issue persists. Need fixing before end of month as we will rent property with the fridge in The fridge is located in Joondanna.

I need a technician with experience with sauna installations to check a couple of issues with a current sauna already installed: - the left side magnet is not strong enough to hold the back panel on. It falls forward. - the front glass panel doesn't seem to fit properly. It's not in the top groove, and the silicone rubber doesn't fit the glass. I have video of the issue for reference
