Samsung 8.5kg Bubblewash, error 5C, water not draining. Believe issue is drainage hose at rear is kinked due to being under bench and squished so probably needs replacing.
Came out same day and found issue promptly. Definitely recommend.

Hi, I have glidermatic gts door opener which is failing to receive a signal from our garage remotes. 1)I have changed the batteries. 2) Reprogrammed the remotes 3) Bought a new remote The garage opens when I press the button on the machine in the picture but no response to the remote. However, none of these have yielded any results. I have reset remotes previously with the same method and didn’t have any trouble. Would need someone to troubleshoot the problem and quote repair and/or replacement cost. - Due date: Flexible
