Need to re-route the gas pipe to suit new bbq. Existing pipe comes out the front but it needs to exit at the side underneath the bbq. Must be licensed for gas work (plumber/gas fitter)

The plastic cover of my monitor's power button came off and I tried to glue it back on but damaged the switch. Need one soldered back on because I now can't turn the screen on. Our garage door has stopped working. Suspect it is the electrics but not sure Sensor is very sensitive and has been dislodged from the wall bracket (this was not recent) however, yesterday just stopped working all together.
