Find a reliable appliance technician in Churchlands

Looking for a qualified appliance repair technician/electrician to inspect and hopefully repair a freestanding oven/cooktop in Apartment in Churchlands. New tenant has moved in and the oven is not working and only one hotplate is working. The stove was moved during the end-of-lease clean, so it may be something simple/disconnected. Ideally looking for someone who can diagnose and repair it during the same visit if possible. Budget is for call-out/initial repair. Happy to pay additional for parts or further work if required and agreed beforehand. After 4pm preferred. Would like this looked at ASAP.

A roller shutter door is operable to open however struggles to close the roller shutter. There is a lot of resistance and often times will not close with a loud mechanical whirring and clicking noise. We require somebody to have a look at the door and repair.

Trying to modify the existing cabinets in the kitchen to fit a 600mm x 840mm Bosch dishwasher. Will need a cabinet maker to modify the existing cabinets on the left side of the kitchen sink and cut a hole for the plumber to attach the pipes. The scribe at the top and the kickplate at the bottom will have to be modified to fit the dishwasher. The cabinet door to the left will have to be modified as well. - Due date: Flexible

Our rangehood broke and out of date. We want to buy a new one but none of the mainstream stores Harvey Norman etc are willing to put back the cabinetry after installing the rangehood. We need someone to work with the installer to mount the cupboard back or better. As we can never get the exact rangehood size to fit.
