I need a certified electrician to come and connect my new induction cooktop (we will get someone to come and take out and disconnect our old gas cooktop). We also need electric cable installation in roof and connect to a new circuit or extend one. Install Safety Switch - Electrocution Protection Device in Enclosure and Install Switch Mechanism so that it is safe to use our new induction cooktop and it meets all the safety and compliance requirements. The distance from our switchboard to our kitchen is about 12-13 metres. I have attached photos to show where the switch is and the position of our kitchen. Our house is a two-story open truss townhouse. Our kitchen is on the first floor.

I need help with my old double-door rolling garage door, which is meant to operate automatically via remote control. There are two main issues: 1) Motor Issue: The motor spins when activated, but the door doesn’t lift.
