Had a new gate motor and magnetic lock fitted and was all working fine until the arm from the motor broke away from the gate. Have since attached the motor arm back on the gate and now need someone to program the gate motor/remote controls, so we can use it! It's only 6 months old(if that)! I bought a Bellini 60cm stainless steel slimline canopy rangehood to be installed in my investment property that I will be selling in Feb26. When installed the duct was too short (electrician have told me this but I still got him to install). Now I realised I need to lower the rangehood to meet the required standard. This model doesn’t have an extended duct that I can purchase. Therefore I need a new duct or an extension to the flue to be made so that the rangehood will sit above the wall tiles.

2 people will be needed to move the washer / dryer stacker out from the wall and replace washers and fix the leaking area. A trolly may be needed as it is a tight space (see photos) and they are very heavy. It is not possible for 1 person to move them alone. Please bring washers etc to save having to go out. Then move machines back into place once leaking found and stopped.
