I need to retrieve photos from a photo transfer from my android phone to my Mac laptop that seems to have not worked correctly. My photos were encrypted on the laptop but no longer visible on my phone anymore. Approximately 30,000 images. I also need to move the remaining photos across to the Mac also as well as factory resetting the phone once completed.

My MacBook Pro keeps dropping off the internet after connecting for a few minutes. Up until yesterday I was using a shared service with my landlord who lives in the house in front. I had a new NBN connection put in yesterday. My phones and TV connect fine but my MacBook Pro keeps dropping out after a few minutes. I tried the old network I was using and it connects fine and doesn’t drop out.
