I’m looking for someone to help organise thousands of photos and videos on my Mac. The files are from weddings, corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs, school events and other functions. I want everything sorted into a clear folder structure so it’s easy to find photos for marketing, social media and future clients. Tasks include: ● Sorting photos and videos by event ● Creating a logical folder structure ● Renaming folders consistently ● Removing obvious duplicates where appropriate ● Flagging the best photos from each event (bonus) ● Keeping everything neat and easy to navigate This will be done on my Mac, either in person (preferred if you’re in Melbourne) or remotely via screen sharing. Experience organising large photo libraries or using macOS Finder and Photos is preferred. Attention to detail is important, as I want a system that will be easy to maintain in the future.
