1) have a year old washing machine it works fine, but the rubber seal inside the door has come off and leaked while machine was running. Need it to be looked at/refitted. 2) Laundry trifold doors need to be rehung on the rail/possibly need new parts as old and rusted.

The machine is a wash dry combo and the dryer has stopped working

I would like to have my washing machine deep cleaned. Its a fisher and paykel front loader washer dryer. Its in a reasonably clean condition and I clean it with detergent regularly but I haven't been able to open the front small hatch pipe thingy to clean it and i dont want to break it so I need some help.

Cleaner sliced existing dishwasher drain hose while cleaning. You will need to lay the dishwasher on its side and access the drain hose through the underside panel to replace. Supply and install needed. 8:30am tomorrow urgent Handyman/ similar preferably

There used to be an old gas heater in the living room area. The heater was removed but the gas pipeline coming from the exterior of the house was left in place. I would like to remove this piece of pipeline and have it plugged. Please see the piece of pipe on the external wall. Would like to cut it flush to brick wall, remove part of the buried portion and plug it. Also seal with Silicone the portion of the pipe that will be left at the brick wall. A plumber certificate is also required being a gas installation.
