Washing machine drum does not spin

The tap for my washing machine has been leaking. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the valves/washers or a leak in the pipes as well. It leaked even when the water was turned off from me moving the washer. When I tried to turn on the washer the first time, water spilled onto the ground, so the pipes to the washing machine may also not be connected properly. Washing machine is on the ground floor of my house and is quite dusty! (Not expecting you to clean it, just want to make you aware in case of allergies)

Miele dishwasher G4920 inlet/drain light flashing 5 times. Have checked filter and impeller and all seem clear. Cycle starts fine and water is emptying then, after a minute or two, stops and above light starts flashing.

I need some to help connect my washing machine to the laundry sink unit. The washine machine has an aqua stop water inlet hose. However the cabinet hole is too small and will require a motorised jigsaw to make the hole big enough to thread the hose. Thanks

Technika rangehood with touch controls suddenly stopped exhaust system. The lights are working fine and power seems to be reach the fan but the fan doesn’t spin.

Male Bathroom Disconnect and remove the existing chrome 3-piece tap set. Install 1x new Mondella Maestro Brushed Brass 3-piece tap set onto the existing vanity basin. 2. Female Bathroom Disconnect and entirely remove the old wall-hung basin. Install a new IKEA vanity cabinet and ceramic basin (700h x 600w) in its place. Connect all new plumbing/wastes. Also there is a small dishwasher in the kitchen that needs to be connected. The waste hose might need to be extended??? Requirements: Must be a licensed and insured plumber. Please bring all necessary tools, silicone, and standard plumbing consumables/extensions if required to adapt to the new vanity. Please include disposal of the old wall-hung basin and old tapware in your offer, or let me know if you cannot.

Our washing machine is throwing up the “clean filter” code. I have tried unsuccessfully to clean it - I must be doing something wrong. I don’t think it’s a major issue but hoping someone with more knowledge in washing machines can work it out. It’s a Haier 7.5kg machine.

Electrolux fridge (ELUX529L Bottom Mount Refrigerator) currently leaking - can hear water trickling pretty constantly and water is pooling under fridge. Otherwise, fridge seems to be still working for now as it is still cool inside (displaying 2 degrees). Need someone to assess the situation ASAP and ideally fix if possible. The inlet hose broke and needs to be fixed/replaced. The machine is Samsung

Just moved into a new apartment and the removalists weren't able to connect my washing machine. They suggested a new connector might be required.

Disconnect, cap/seal, and remove an existing gas heater from a single-level house (see picture of the old brown unit). Unsure if flued or unflued. Gas supply must be safely isolated and compliant with relevant regulations. Disposal of the heater is not required (can be left on site). Easy access with power and water available on the property. Please provide a quote including availability, and mention any qualifications or compliance certification if available. Licensed gas fitter or licensed plumber & gas fitter with previous experience preferred.
