cook top brand is fornelli, the middle burner is not igniting and the rest are working fine. I don't have any photos atm, as it is in the rental property. if needed I can request them. Just checking to see is it worth repairing it or get a new cook top. Please suggest.

Install fully integrated AEG dishwasher and REMOVE chipboard glued to the top of cavity to make the dishwasher fit. Without the chipboard removed/ sanded down the dishwasher is 2mm too high. Panel will also need to be fitted to the door of the dishwasher. Additional task if possible: rotate laundry tap 90 degrees to point to the right rather than down.

The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. Need a licensed electrician to diagnose and replace the switch/outlet, taking care given the gas line proximity. Photos attached.

I have a dishwasher that is firmly stuck under the bench-top and cabinets either side. The legs on the dish draw areas low as possible and it doesn’t seem possible to just pull it out. I’ve tried with a lot of force. There are no screws or clips holding it in. I need assistance with likely removing the cabinet/joinery on one side. Getting around the back of the dishwasher to pull it out. Then re-instating the section on cabinet. Not sure how long it will take so happy to adjust once you are here.
