I have a tall Vulcan Powerflue Wall Furnace gas wall heater in my house in Reservoir. The heater will be picked up by a buyer, and I need a professional to help with the following: Scope of work: Safely disconnect the gas line and cap it (licensed gas plumber required). Assist with removing the wall furnace if required. Remove the flue pipe and seal the external wall flue hole properly (weatherproof). Temporarily cover the large wall opening inside with a board or plasterboard for safety (I have a young child). The heater is approximately 1.8 m tall, so the wall opening will be large after removal. Location: Reservoir VIC Timing: Preferably today or as soon as possible. Please bring your own tools and materials needed for sealing the flue hole and covering the opening. I have attached a photo of the heater for reference. Thank you.

My Bosch dishwasher doesn’t drain well with error code E:61 -03. I’ve cleaned the filter and everything but the drainage is not working properly. I would need onsite repair asap tonight as I’m very busy with two kids.

My Technika dishwasher is not completing a cycle. When I start a wash cycle it drains, fills with water, then beeps and the Rapid light flashes and the cycle stops. Things I have already tried: • Cleaned the bottom filter • Checked for debris • Turned the power off for several hours to reset • Restarted the machine The issue still remains. Looking for someone experienced with dishwasher repairs to diagnose and fix the problem.
