Our central gas heater (Braemar) doesn’t turn on at times. Recently serviced and the technician notes were that the igniter would have to be replaced at the next service. So possibly an igniter issue. The unit is only 2 years old.

Our new Insinkerator or our new Miele dishwasher keeps shorting off our power board. I’m not sure if we need a plumber or an electrician. I’m pretty sure it’s the insinkerator

The Job: Disconnect and remove the existing built-in wall oven (Chef Classic model pictured). Install and hardwire the new replacement oven into the existing cavity. Details: The replacement oven is already on-site and ready to go. It appears to be hardwired (there is a dedicated switchboard switch for it).

I have a Haier Front Load Combo Washer Dryer 9kg HWD9050AN1. It is not draining, I've troubleshooted the emergency drain and cleared out the filter (there was some coins stuck in there). Still no effect. There were also tiny rusted parts of a bobby pin when I drained the emergency drain which could be the problem.

Paxi gas heating system will not stay on. After resets it starts but shuts shown after 5 seconds.

The dishwasher is leaking and had caused damage to the timber floor as well. Replace the dishwasher and fix the floor underneath.

Fan spinning slow. Motor still works. Disassembled to clean to see if 30 years of grease build up was the issue but unfortunately I forgot how to put it back together I know for such an old rangehood appliance electricians would recommend replacing the whole rangehood. I don't really care that it's old as long as fan works.
