Middle burner, ignition sparks but doesn't light..

Looking for someone to inspect and repair a gas cooktop. There is gas supply and all burners can be lit manually with a lighter, but there is no clicking/ignition sound and no spark from any of the burners. An electrician has already checked the electrical supply and confirmed there is no issue with the power/circuit. Looking for someone experienced with gas cooktop repairs

This job is for our rental property. Our property manager has advised us that the ignition on one of the burners is not working, although the burner itself works fine when manually lit. They have suggested replacing the cooktop. Is this something you would be able to do? If so, could you please provide us with an all-inclusive quote for a new cooktop, installation and any other associated costs? We don't need anything expensive — just a reasonably priced, reliable cooktop suitable for a rental property. Alternatively, if you think the existing ignition can be repaired economically rather than replacing the whole cooktop, we'd also be happy to consider that option. Please let us know. I believe the top is 60cm, but you're welcome to visit and check yourself.

Hi, I’m looking for a qualified electrician to check a Westinghouse electric cooktop. The cooktop is completely unresponsive — no lights or display, and it won’t turn on. This happened once before and it eventually started working again, but this time it is still not working. I’d like someone to check the power supply, switchboard/breaker and cooktop connection to determine whether it’s an electrical issue or a fault with the cooktop itself. I have 5-burner, Whirlpool gas cooktop. The ignition spark isn't working in the central burner (big one). All other 4 burners have the spark when I press the ON knob. I need someone reliable, who can do this job. Thank you in advance. Yash.

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.

The old cooktop died out of warranty. The new one needs an electrician to connect it. It's a Bosch cooktop and the house was entirely rewired 2 years ago so it should be straightforward.

Move gas service from old location (see pic) to new location and connect up to new gas cook top (see pic) Certificate required after. House is very accessible from underneath or you can run it however you like. Old pipe is steel and reduces down in size to copper.
