Task includes: * Install and secure the new Bosch cooktop. * Connect to the existing natural gas line. * Test all burners and check for gas leaks. * Ensure installation complies with Australian standards. The old cooktop died out of warranty. The new one needs an electrician to connect it. It's a Bosch cooktop and the house was entirely rewired 2 years ago so it should be straightforward.

Licensed gas fitter required to replace existing Bosch gas cooktop with a new one. The dimension of the new Bosch gas cooktop I bought from The Good Guys (Height:51.8 mm, Width:580 mm, Depth: 510mm) is practically the same as the existing Bosch gas cooktop in the kitchen except the depth of existing Bosch gas cooktop is 500 mm instead of 510 mm so the replacement should be fairly straight forward. You must hold a current gas fitting license (Type A). Please supply quote which includes issuing a Certificate of Compliance/Certificate of Safety after pressure-test the gas line, check for leaks and verify flame quality.

This 5 burner cooktop brand is Bosch. I could not locate the model number underneath the plate. May be it was removed by the ex tenant. Please note that the burner knobs are not original. I bought these from Amazon, a generic brand. In previous a similar set was there. I believe the old tenant replaced it. Please find the issues in the provided video. Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. The elbow for my gas connector of gas cooktop has a crack and need to be replaced. Please do the following: - Pick up materials from supplier • Isolate gas • Disconnect and remove existing oven to gain access to the gas cooktop connection • Disconnect and remove existing gas cooktop flexible connection • Disconnect and remove the cap from the cooktop gas supply line • Supply and install a new gas male/female elbow to the cooktop gas connection • Reconnect the existing gas cooktop flexible connection • Reinstate the gas supply and test all connections for leaks to ensure safe operation • Reinstall the existing oven • Test works

Replace gas cooktop. Remove the old one and install the new one.
