Disconnect Smeg 900mm Freestanding dual fuel oven & cooktop unit, and install replacement (same make & model); and take away original unit. There are 16 stairs that oven has to be taken down from apartment to ground level. Oven weighs apprx 75kg, so between weight & steps, likely a 2-person job - one of whom I'm assuming needs to be a certified gas plumber.
