I found some water coming underneaths my Seiki washing machine while it is not in use. The machine is also not properly leveled, I wonder this has anything to do with the leaking problem?

I need someone to remove and dispose of my old washing machine and then unbox and install my new washing machine. I also need the packaging of the new washing machine disposed of.

Disconnect Smeg 900mm Freestanding dual fuel oven & cooktop unit, and install replacement (same make & model); and take away original unit. There are 16 stairs that oven has to be taken down from apartment to ground level.
