The job is simply to: * Disconnect/cut the gas pipe at the existing connection shown in the photos and cap it safely. * Cut and remove the remaining redundant section of gas pipe on the other side. * No new gas line or relocation is required. The wall is currently open and the pipe is easily accessible, as shown in the photos. Location: Brunswick.

Unfortunately water has got into the motor and now it short circuits/overheats and will not work. Smeg do not offer the motor as a spare part and their preferred repairers will not repair motors. A bit of a hail mary; however, it was a gift from someone important.

Washer/dryer needs a gasket replaced. I have the new gasket, I'm in mid-repair on a front-load machine. The front panel is mostly detached but on screw stripped so I can't get the panel fully-off. I also need the inner tub ring removed, but I don't have a tub ring expansion tool.
