gas safety check at rental property (25 year old terrace house)

Haier brand washing machine, 7kg top loader. Started leaking recently. Not able to lift or move it myself and don't know what to look for. Need someone who can fix washing machines to come take a look at it and fix it, also to clean the area around it (underneath/beneath) before putting it back. Someone who will take care not to further damage the floorboard around it when moving it.

Please remove old rangehood and securely fit new IKEA rangehood that I have already.

We have an old gas pipe that is no longer required. The job is simply to: * Disconnect/cut the gas pipe at the existing connection shown in the photos and cap it safely. * Cut and remove the remaining redundant section of gas pipe on the other side. * No new gas line or relocation is required. The wall is currently open and the pipe is easily accessible, as shown in the photos. Location: Brunswick.

Unfortunately water has got into the motor and now it short circuits/overheats and will not work. Smeg do not offer the motor as a spare part and their preferred repairers will not repair motors. A bit of a hail mary; however, it was a gift from someone important.

I need someone to purchase the hose for HWF85KB1 washing machine as the cord is too short for cold and hot water and then connect it so it’s working and do a test run. This is an urgent job and needs to be done on Thursday

My freezer isn’t staying cold - it could be because of a grate coming off or broken seal but not sure. Photo of fridge/freezer set up and brand in pictures.

Washer/dryer needs a gasket replaced. I have the new gasket, I'm in mid-repair on a front-load machine. The front panel is mostly detached but on screw stripped so I can't get the panel fully-off. I also need the inner tub ring removed, but I don't have a tub ring expansion tool.

Our fridge has stopped working.. making a continual beeping sound and before this there was a very low groan for a few days. Front panel still fine but no cooling in fridge or freezer. Wondering if it is worth trying to repair or if it is done :(
