My son lives in the Aurora apartment building on the 82 floor. There is a 2.4x1.4m glass sliding door that connects the apartment with an enclosed "wintergarden" area. Somehow this door has lifted from its rail and is completely stuck. He only has access from one side and can't the door to budge. The door needs to be unstuck and properly fixed (e.g. new roller or whatever is required). Access to the other side might be possible if an internal window is removed. I need someone with sliding door experience given that rollers etc might need to be replaced. Thanks

We recently had a shop fit out and we had some large stickers up on the shop window (in the inside) - and there is still some on the windows (see attached) We have been unable to remove by hand - so would need maybe a blade or some sort of chemical to get off. There is a TV in front of the stickers - so would need to have a slim arm to put your arm around to try and get it off (unable to take TV out.) see attached references
