Need a Garage Door Opener technician. Bought a 10yr old property however the garage door does not open with the 2x generic remotes provided. Replaced transmitter battery but no luck. Followed instructions to pair opener and transmitter but no luck.No led light transmission conflicts. When I press the transmitter buttons nothing happens. At this point I was thinking to buy new genuine remote but dont know of it will work or not or if the whole opener unit is dead. Garage door comes off the rails and middle rail where the motor is bend Not been hit or anything just fall off Harness with metal rope on side rails comes off thats why it falls happy to more than 150 if cost more to repair but reasonable

Wooden sliding door to enter garage from house has come off the hanger bracket ( it hanger bracket broken needs replacing to put the door back on).

I have 2 sliding doors. One door is never used and the other is frequently used. One one the base railings is worn and door is hard to open, the other is fine. I would like someone handy with a drill to take them both up and swap them over please.
