Garage roller door not opening and closing; both automatic and manual function not working. Wire broken (unsure how, was working perfectly fine beforehand) and rollers are off the railing. The automatic system works fine, it’s the garage door mechanisms that seem to be broken. Would like a quote for repairs and/or replacement. I need an uneven bathroom door fixed so it can close, and two locking bathroom door handles installed. The handles are provided. - Due date: Flexible

Ceilling fans need a block installed for them to be attached. There is a flat base installed behind the highest point of the cathedral plaster. A block needs to be made, the plaster needs to be cut through and the block needs to be attached to the flat base above the plaster and a hole needs to be drilled through the middle of the block for the fan cable to run through. Ceilings are approximately 16 ft with mobile scaff on site but you could also use your own ladder if it's high enough. There must be no damage to the new flooring and deck. Mobile scaff will need to be unassembled and moved to the back deck to install the block for the outdoor fan. - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 January 2024

Patch and paint for a hole in a wall - around 20 x 20cm. Sliding doors in bedroom - chrome frame has disconnected from top of cupboard - door now loose. Needs caulking and screws / bolts to reattach top frame. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 January 2024
