Patch and fix a hole in an apartment door

Two bedroom doors need to be trimmed and rehang so fit after new carpet laid. Help with completing build for new dining table. Build flatpack for new sideboard. Hang mirror on wall.

Balcony door handle came out. Seems like the fitting got loose so need a fix for it

I’m after someone that can fix issues with escape room doors. They work via a sensor tag. Some don’t close properly or close to fast and loud. Some are having issues locking. There’s about 10 doors. The door Hinge is broken and needs to be replaced - I had contacted the hinge manufacturer and the model of the broken hinge is Hittich - 9099756 .

Section of inside of garage door fixing bracket with roller is coming off the garage door. Roller is falling out of track. One side only. Seems like some bolts need to be tightened, and some replaced. Door needs to be pushed back into track etc. general maintenance.
