I have an outdoor area at my cafe that needs 1 table secured to the ground or umbrella base (which is bolted into the ground) to stop it lifting up when the wind catches the umbrella and lifts the whole thing up. Also 4 tables that need timber repair on the legs where they have rotted

Have just moved into a new house and the wooden front door is very hard to close, have to really jam it shut. Would love to get it fixed. Also need a screw replaced on the back door bolt lock. I’ve found a beautiful leadlight door that is unfortunately too tall for the frame it needs to go into. The door is not hollow so will likely need a power saw. It needs to be trimmed to size, and the hinges need to be attached to the frame. - Due date: Flexible
