Replace part of existing door frame and rehung the existing twin doors

The wardrobe doors are uneven — one door sits slightly higher than the other, which prevents them from closing properly. They need to be adjusted. One double door is in bedroom, the other one is hanged in bathroom.

I have managed to take off three but need help with the fourth. I recently had new floors fitted and now some of the doors are too tight to the floor to close properly. Three doors need to be trimmed on the bottom, and one door needs to be trimmed and re-attached (it was taken off the hinges to install the new flooring). There is also a shelf in the bathroom which needs to be removed (I will plaster and paint afterwards, but jusst cannot seem to get the shelf off the wall, I have no idea how they attached it).
