Two Jobs 1) Door lock - broken lock that needs removal. would have got a lock smith however the door lock fitting itself within the door has gone through a lot of changes / work and is very loose so we may need filling or re-fitting so a lock can actually we used as it is not very secure. There's a door frame outside of the toilet that is rotting. There's a blackish mold on the side of the wall adjacent to the frame and the bottom of the door frame is starting to disintegrate. I have no idea what is causing this. I need the entire thing removed and it'll be great if the problem can also be diagnosed i.e. what's causing this and applying a fix.
