Window handles need to be fixed / replaced

Looking to replace the windowsill in my bedroom. There’s currently a damp issue due to bad caulking and it’s becoming slightly mouldy in the corners.

Repair concrete window ledge (Sill). Ready to be painted. Scaffolding up so very easy to access

Two small brick repairs 1. Fill/cover hole in brickwork on bay window. 2. Add brick and reattach front gate latch.

I'm posting a small job here. One of the windows is not closing properly. I'm fairly sure that a small part of the opening mechanism—possibly a screw—has come loose and fallen off. As a result, the window now hangs slightly downward when opened and cannot be closed properly. I've attached a picture of the opposite window, which is a mirror image of the damaged one. The missing part has come off the upper section of the closing mechanism. It is possible that the upper hinge needs to be replaced.

Remove Rotten Wood: Carefully remove the rotten wood from the window frames. Prepare the Area: Clean the area thoroughly to remove any debris or old putty. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust or grease. Apply Putty: Use a suitable putty to fill in any gaps or cracks. Mix the putty until it is uniform and apply it to the damaged area, shaping it to fit the window frame. Secure the Battens: If the battens need to be replaced, you can use epoxy putty to bond it back to the frame. Press the putty into the wall and frame, shaping it to recreate the form of the window. Paint Over: Once the putty is dry, paint over it to match the existing wood. This will help protect the new putty and provide a seamless look. We will need a thorough repair to ensure the window is secure and weatherproof. The window sill at the front need repainting too but this can be a separate job if needed

Outdoor window ledge is cracked / moulding which is causing a leak into my lounge (see pics) - most urgent 2. ⁠Dripping / loose taps in Kitchen and bathroom 3. ⁠Gaps in flooring in my lounge, kitchen & spare room to be filled in and edging neatened up. When carpet was removed there, they never fixed the edging.

My house sits on dual carriage way. I wanted to reduce the noise coming from the road vehicles. I measured the current noise level and on the outer side rooms it is 48 db. I already have double glazed window, I wanted a full soundproof solution.

If you have the right part to fix it, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

I want to change the window trim

I've got three windows that need replacing of the timber above the back windows where the guttering are attached - they’re in a really bad condition. Pictures attached.

Two of my windows don't get shut properly: they aren't looking broken but every time I try to make them shut,extra effort is required.

The window hinges is broken . Need a quote for the repair .

The top tilt mechanism is out of place and the window won’t fully close. Probably just needs realigning or reattaching the hinge/arm. Photos available. Quick job for someone with experience.
