Exterior wall render has crumbled. it brought down the guttering that was attached to it and the adjacent wall. Need to strip the remaining old render, and rerender the exterior and then replace the guttering

The down pipe has become separated from the guttering. I need it to be reconnected. I have noticed that no offset bends were installed in the original job where the fascia meets the wall. These will need to be installed since this is the 3rd time the down pipe has become separated.

The joint of two guttering pieces has come apart and needs to be rejoined. This is on a townhouse with three floors (ground, first, second). On the back garden side. It would need a tall ladder to get up to it.

Removal of False Chimney Breast + Fireplace + Built-in Storage We have a non-structural, plasterboard false chimney breast with decorative fireplace and built-in storage/shelving to one side (see photo). This is not a real brick chimney and is not structural — it appears to be timber stud, plasterboard and skim.
