Sink - Waste pipe needs replacing due to a small leak. Pipes are tucked away in sink stand so tricky to access and joint is very securely fixed (have tried WD40 to loosen). Toilet - 1: The cistern has a slight leak coming from screw fittings at base. 2: The in-pipe to the cistern snapped when replacing the flush system and needs to be replaced and fixed back. We have a water leak, the water is leaking out from underneath a wooden casement (see picture), assume it is a pipe and potentially a rusty washer.

I need an experienced plumber to fix two small leaks in our bathroom, which was installed 12 weeks ago. Both seem to be slow trickles coming from connection points. The two leaks are: 1. From a fitting on the heated towel radiator. 2. From the toilet's wastewater pipe connection at the back. I have temporarily placed small containers under both drips, so there is no urgency or water damage. It seems they may just require professional tightening, but I would need you to assess and fix them properly. You will need to have your own tools and experience with standard bathroom plumbing. I am available on most weekdays and can be flexible to arrange a suitable time.

I need someone to replace a toilet flush (the push button/pneumatic tupe)

We can’t change the temperature in our two showers and think it is a faulty thermostat. Taps are working fine. We also have two door handles that are loose and need repairing if that is something you can do too!

There is a small gap in the waterproof seal on our shower tray. This gap causes water to leak from the shower tray, through the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor. The leak needs to be fixed in a professional manner, using professional products and leaving a clean finish which looks seamless.

We have a plumbing issue - when we turn on the boiler for radiators, there is an intense and loud humming/vibrating sound. The sound starts anytime from immediately to 4 hours after turning the heating on. Potentially this is the valves however we have tried adjusting them slightly. We are looking to have this investigated ASAP.

Water in sink not clearing away.

Previous plumber said no blocks in the system, but water has been coming back out the standing drain pipe. The floor is a mess again. Need it sorted before getting any new flooring.

I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

Hi There, We had electric shower but due pressure issue the hot feature doesn't come on . So we need solution either electric shower which work on low pressure level etc . Similarly we had triton which doesn't work which need minimum 1 bar . So

Replace one electric showr - if good price replace two

Simply replace the old electric shower.

We need a new plug and waste in our bath. We need a plumber to identify the correct part and then buy the part and install it in our bathtub

We need a plumber to replace the flush pipe behind our toilet. This is an urgent job. We also want somebody to investigate our cistern / water tank on the toilet as it might be leaking too
