New boiler, has been working perfectly. Needs re-pressurise. Tried and opened the valves as instructed by manual but no water flow no water hissing. One valve a little leaking when open , needs to open the bolt check the ring and close back.

I need to stop my radiator leaking

My toilet is leaking water underneath the base and causing visible water damage, mold/mildew buildup, and cracked tiles around it (see attached photos). The leak looks like it’s coming from underneath or behind the toilet. I need a plumber to: Inspect and identify the exact source of the leak Repair or replace the wax seal/flange if needed Clean and reseal the area to prevent further damage Please include an estimate or hourly rate in your quote. I’m hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible to avoid more damage.

We have issues with water pressure and our shower temperature going from hot to cold to hot. I need someone with plumbing experience to come and have a look.

A standard toilet flushing panel built into the wall above the toilet has come off, and it need it fixed back on.

My out side garden tap ,very old it leaks ,which makes it difficult to put a garden hose ,because water goes everywhere, waste of water and damages the wall side

Looking for a plumber to install a bidet shower in the second bathroom. Pictures show both the water pipe and the bidet to be installed. Water cannot be shut off at the mains however there is a shut off valve on the pipe.

Pipes under bathroom sink have come loose and some reduced flow. Would require fixing and reattaching and removal of any blocks causing the reduced water evacuation

Boiler pressure looks good but it looks turned off not sure if there is an on switch or what the issue is but there is no hot water.

We would like to install a handheld shower for our dog. Hot and cold water supply. The bathroom sink is on the other side of the wall and so there is a water supply. There is also a drain nearby where the water can go and so this is just installation. Please see photos of both sides of the wall, and the existing pipes under sink. In need of a plumber My shower and sink is making a ticking and gurgling noise, I’ve had this issue once before and it’s happened for the second time. Water also takes time to drain even after showers and gunk is coming out.
