Hi, I need a technician to diagnose and fix a water-pressure issue on my Caleffi SATK2000 heat interface unit. The wall controller is showing Error E69, which appears to be related to heating circuit pressure or a safety thermostat cut-out. I think it may be water pressure issue What I need: • Check heating circuit water pressure • Identify the cause of the E69 fault • Re-pressurise the system if required • Reset the unit safely • Ensure heating and hot water are operating normally Notes: • Unit is easily accessible in an apartment utility cupboard • Please bring any tools needed for HIU pressure diagnosis • Ideally someone experienced with Caleffi SATK units or HIUs in general

When using the washing machine, there is some sort of leak. Leak needs to be investigated, then fixed. Would require own tools. Pictures are attached. Location is SW178TB.

Bathroom sink is leaking. I think pipe issue

Blocked shower drainage - water not going down

There is a bathroom on 1st floor, the waste pipe for the sink/bath has a small drip, it is visible in the kitchen below, which is where I took the picture from. Will need to have tools. Today or tomorrow (Friday) pls

Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

Repair needed on roof as water is penetrating through ceiling and walls in kitchen. There is an overflow pipe on the the roof which has been addressed in the past, not sure if this is the issue but need the leaking to stop.

Additionally, the shower experiences fluctuating water temperatures, ranging from hot to cold intermittently, which is not an issue elsewhere in the house. The boiler is located on the ground floor and functions correctly for other fixtures. The task includes diagnosing and resolving both the leakage and temperature inconsistency to ensure a stable and leak-free shower operation.

1. Replace small 600x600 radiator with new type 22 panel radiator (we will supply new radiator). 2. Install outside tap. There is a combo boiler and washing machine behind location of wall so should be able to source cold water pipe. 3. Fix leaking tap in bathroom.
